Adding a New User on Your Blogger Website

First, Login to your Blogger Dashboard Account and Choose your desire blog for add new authors.
Second , find the "Permissions" section under Settings | Basic.
Now to click on + Add author link.

Next, type the email addresses of the people you're inviting to the blog, separating each address with a comma.

Note that they must have Google Accounts, and if they don't already, they'll be prompted to create one.

When you're ready to send the invitations, click OK.

They'll receive an email with a confirmation link soon.

Accept Invitation
If  You have got a mail from admin then open your mail & Accept Invitaion.
After confirmation of email then you can access Google Dasboard as a Author.

Understanding User Roles in Blogger

Blogger comes with these default user roles:

1. Administrator
2. Author

In blogger, two major roles provided by Blogger user management system under permission section Admin and Autor. Some other way to any user to join your website network for updates by following and subscribing your blog but it's not consider as a blog member like as Wordpress User Management System.

Understanding User Roles in Blogger

An administrator of a team blog has access to the blog's settings and template, as well as the ability to edit and delete posts made by other members of the blog. Additionally, they can add or remove other team members. Any number of members can have admin rights on a single blog.

When you invite a team member to join a blog and they accept your invitation, they are listed as an "Author" by default.

Authors can only create and edit their own posts. You can see a member's status in the "Permissions" section of the Settings | Basic tab, and it looks like above image.

Managing Users in Blogger

Once the invited member accept your invitation, they will be listed as an "Author" by default. To give a person full admin privileges, you can change the "Author" status in the "Permissions" section of the Settings & Basic tab to "Admin"

To change an author into an admin, you can use the drop-down menu next to that author's name. If there's only one admin member of a blog, it's not possible to revoke that person's admin rights.

Remove a team member

To remove a team member, go to the Settings | Basic tab and click the X next to the name of person you want to remove:

While this will prevent the removed team member from creating additional posts, it will not remove items previously posted by them.
